Baker is a coward who would have been cooperating with white hats since he was fired. Its a show. Deep state pos and cowards all cooperate. They were all, as we know, given two choices: CAKE or DEATH.
It does tho make for a good script overall. What (t)he(y) held back is part of the flood...THATS why its just drip drip drip so far.
