If satan is real then life is the game he uses to manipulate us through lies and deception.
All of it.
We are extraordinarily protected by God. This is important to grasp. However by our free will we can remove this protection which God allows. God uses this also to correct & bring back to Him. For those unaware temptations can also be fought in the imagination but never the soul.
