😇I get so relaxed, I usually fall asleep in my chair, lol. I do not meditate, I get so relaxed I fall asleep!

I don't meditate either, I just listen to the tones and let my body take them in. After 20 minuets or so, my body is relaxed and I start to feel internal changes (Body, heart and soul) for the better .
