Hi Johnny: Can you please look at this video. Occurred over Biscayne Bay. Source sent out a request for 'what is this' - I said Mil testing. BUT there is a chance it could be EB's as the lights appear to be 'intellikgent'. Never seen flames w/ UFO's so dont know. Do you know anyone who might be able to ID this please?
