Block and Fooked are 2 totally separate features.
Block whoever you want. However, be VERY careful with the 'Fooked' feature. It's ONLY for the nasty stuff. Abuse of it will just get you suspended.

@administrator the sign up button isn't working. A friend of mine is trying to sign up.
I'm new. I signed up about 2 hours ago with no issues. Everything seems to be working fine from here.
