It just means a hospital for older people. Aging needs special kinds of care like mobility issues, arthritis, incontinnence, swallowing problems sl they need Therapy to help with their daily activities of living. They need assistance to eat, walk, get dressed, etc... More than i would do for the evil bastards! 🤔
