As Admin I will ONLY be monitoring the abuse of this feature as far as censorship goes. Use it wisely.
I think this is a great idea! I am not sure about the placement though. If this is a feature that a person is allowed to use only in limited amounts and shouldn't be abused, then it probably should be a click away along with the blocked button and not with the other icons. My 2 cents
