When I first moved to Hawaii early 80's, I heard 80% child abuse rate. Nothing was ever done. These (educators) people blamed this behavior on culture.
NOT acceptable under anything kind of story.
Thank you God for protecting our children and people.
When I volunteered in grammar school there, I witnessed little girls who had been so abused they had blank faces staying to themselves.
Uncles abusing them
Sickening . School did nothing
I had to quit.
