Bypassing lower courts and allowing the Supreme Court to take the case is HUGE!!! We've lost lawsuits over bypassing lower courts. This is huge. I've been in legal for over 30 years. This is amazing! Do we have the case number by any chance?

My comment: Judging by what I hear and understand, the preliminary hearing for the Supreme Court justices to decide on taking the case or not should happen within 3 days. Usually it happens in about one week from the filing date, which was the 23rd. GE
