Block and Fooked are 2 totally separate features.
Block whoever you want. However, be VERY careful with the 'Fooked' feature. It's ONLY for the nasty stuff. Abuse of it will just get you suspended.
Awesome.... Thanks for all the hard work you put into this site... Just incase of accidently hitting the "Fooked" button, could there be a safety behind it like a message that pops up asking "Are you sure?" before continuing? That way you don't accidently "Fook" someone.
