I know this is a very late reply (and this is my 3rd or 4th revision since last night), VK, but, the silence on this SC case has been deafening. The Government, via the Solicitor General, waived their right to respond on 11/23, so, based on what’s been posted, will oral arguments be the next step? This case could undoubtedly have huge ramifications.

It seems fitting that brothers, not lawyers, are representing themselves and all Americans, as Plaintiffs — Our Government is supposed to work for us, right? Surely, We The People have standing under the U. S. Constitution in this case. Maybe, it had to be this way?
