Happy Thanksgiving.
I went to a friend's and grilled a duck .
Seasoned with salt, pepper and mixed spice - inside and out.
Stuffed the inside with an orange and clove studded onion.
Took the orange out of the inside and squeezed the juice on the hot duck prior to serving.

YUM.
