O noticed a lot of things. bottom left, the black mask right next to duct tape, the red face on the left wall, like the soccer ball. Then on the back wall were you have circled the (what looks like two people doing the do) it also looks like there’s someone standing in the front as well.
Not to mention all the creepy scribble on the walls.
