I go thru days exhausted - but I have learned to roll with it and constant ringing in my ears - it has become like white noise to me and no longer bothers me
same. I’m well past menopause but the constant ear ringing and waking up too hot at 4:30 am remains. Just add in all the joint pain leg and feet issues for a segue from menopause to old age. Med beds can’t come soon enough. I do
hope they are real.
