I thought this might be a good thread for people to post something they have come across that really gave them great benefits.
Mine is the cell salts. After researching these and finding out that people are deficient in certain minerals I decided to try them.
To my amazement NO restless legs!
I seriously thought to myself this is how people sit down on the couch and watch a movie without having to

Also, I have been eating 3-4 apricot seeds a day for cancer prevention. I read a very interesting article about the healing powers in them. I get the Turkish organic ones on Amazon just FYI. Screw big pharma....don't trust them for a second!

As long as they are apricot seeds, it doesn't matter - better organic, but I bought some for a friend with cancer. She also did chemo, sadly. BUT her docs now, after a year plus clear of cancer, told her it is crazy it isn't even showing up in her markers or ANYWHERE I guess in bloodwork. She didn't say, but he told her she is remarkable. I attest to the seeds and my healings I did on her. She believes they healed her! She is not done with health issues, so I hope she gets in a med bed before she passes. (Sadly serious.)

i'm sorry to hear about your friend but I'll say prayers and healing powers her way. I guess I never heard of apricot seeds only regular apricots or dried apricots, I will be sure to look for them thank you for your reply, and keep healing your friend😘

I thought so too, but a friend used some organic ones that I sent her b/c they had reviews of getting rid of cancer entirely. My friend used chemo too, but she has NO cancer left at all. (lung)
