Good question!
The medical industry has abandoned we the people by banning the use of Ivermectin in many states. We are pretty much on our own. If you know a physician who can give advice you are fortunate.
I don't know.
If you go to scholar.google.com or nih.gov/search and find studies and trials of that certain disease you can often find how patients were dosed and for how long.
I understand that Ivermectin used alone is not as effective as using it with another drug (a gateway antibiotic that leads Ivermectin to the target area), something like Doxycycline or Azithromycin.
