Have one of these gadgets, did it myself on various waters (filtered, fridge filtered, boiled, bottled, Berkey etc) and the only two that didn't turn a slimy green were the distilled and from the water butt!

Yep, I was surprised. Though my friend who's Berkey it was said that the charcoal filter was maybe at the end of it's life, though she hadn't noticed a difference in taste. We call them water butts in the UK, big plastic containers that collect rain water off your roof. So basically, what mother nature provided seemed to be the best option lol
