the justice system we have right now is not FAIR or BALANCED in any way...everything you addressed in your post is the tip of the iceberg.. it goes much deeper... think of the children that get taken from good parents by CYS to be trafficked what about them.... or what about the rape vic where her kit sits on a shelf and no one does anything with it all while it collects dust, what about malpractice when a doctor kills a someone and then the hospital covers it up, what about health insurance companies telling you they will not cover a procedure that will save your life.... this list goes on and on.
