I think he's going to announce a new political party - the 'America First Party'.
I live in Canada and we have five parties, six if you count the PPC. Nothing happens with a new party if the voting is rigged. The only thing a new party does is allow a clean slate of candidates that aren't tarnished with working years in the swamp.
