Not sure how Alec Baldwin learned to handle guns, but in the Military and in Gun Safety Classes, we were taught, when someone hands you a gun and tells you it is not loaded, the first thing you do is check to make sure it is not loaded. He is trying to blame everyone else for his mental ineptness. If he would have done his due diligence and checked, he would not be having to COVER HIS ASS right now. It is no one else's fault but HIS OWN, and he is GUILTY!
