I felt like this yesterday...angry, tired, upset and frustrated. Doesn't mean I am giving up or giving in or letting go, I just had a bad day and needed a full night of sleep, some rest and a little love and kindness. Feeling better today, thankfully. 😊
I know many others are feeling like this. War makes you weary. Rest. Be still. Have been awake for a couple decades and the fatigue some days is off the charts, but I am able to see it happening and can pull myself out of it quickly.
Thanks to those who sent messages of comfort and love, they are always more effective than the negative toned ones. ♥️
It's ok to have a bad day frens, just don't stay in that space...keep going. Think positive, reach out if you need to and we'll get thru it together.
