That is Don Jr's girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, in the black dress. I agree it's an odd color choice for a wedding. Yes, Juan talks about President Trump using Melania to communicate via semaphore. Which leads me to believe each dress as his daughter's wedding may have significant meaning.

Maybe Juan will have some interesting tidbits on what their gowns signified. Black being "end of message" is fascinating since black dresses usually are avoided for weddings.
