This one is a hard one for Nana because I do not know the right things to say.
Even in the grief from the loss of my Sons, I never felt the degree of despair and depth of darkness some in real depression have described to me. I have never been without God or some amount of hope in my life so it is hard for me to see where they are in order to help,.
