I have heard this perspective from so many people over the years. I tend to believe it as a possibility, but is that because it feels good, explains something we can't really explain? Where does this evidence come from? NDE?

Well in my NDE I realized many things one of which is that we are energy beings and in the last 4 yrs my guide has been showning me several of my past lives.
My guide appears to be the man that has been with me thr all of the lives I have remembered except this one. He has expressed in this one he is guiding me as much as is allowed to wake up to my soul and the God consciousness.
I have also run into many others that believe the same thing that remember many or all of their past lives.
It is my best guess that many of us chose to be here, planned it out to some degree.
