I recommend wild lettuce tea. go easy on it. Amazon where I got mine. Good for pain & sleep.

Me too it's been happening for a while.
Every night I wake up in the middle if the night and can only go back to sleep if I move to the family room sofa where my dog is sleeping! Then I go back to sleep for hours, lots of dreaming. Hubby not too happy but the dog is! 😂
Sleeping with an animal, cat or dog, always works for me, I dont know why 🤷♀️

Those who know cannot sleep. Also in my case unfortunately I'm on a lifesaving Prednisone protocol which makes sleep almost impossible lol 🤪God help us all🙏
