In the US, two dead politicians won the November 8 local elections.

Member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Democrat Tony DeLuca, was re-elected to his post a month after his death, and Democratic Party representative Barbara Cooper, who died at the end of October, was able to be re-elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives.
