They do look alike but Patton's wife was in her 50s so unlikely to be the mother unless there was someone or something else at play. We have seen DJT's photos as a young man so time travel might be problematic and DJT certainly never demonstrated the athletic prowess that Patton did. Considering the dates, reincarnation seems possible, perhaps even plausible as the two personalities are nearly identical.
