Well let me just say that people try to delete info all the time when they do bad things. Fortunately, as an investigator we know this, the AHS system mentioned in this post, has a wonderful audit trail. I used audits for my investigations of healthcare professionals, they can try to delete...but every log in, attempted log in, every key stroke entry, edit, or deletion is tracked on the backside, you cannot get away with anything. Best part is always placing the audit infront of the investigated person and pointing out their entries and asking for a truthful explanation. Everything is tracked, everything is known. These criminals are panicking, making more errors, and are trying to cover their trail and will only go deeper in. They will all be held accountable.
