I was just driving through Phoenix and I saw a rocket (maybe) with a light shining backwards out of it as it raced across the sky, some particles broke off and it left behind a luminous streak of exhaust that appears to be glowing in the dark. Anyone else in Phoenix see this, shat is it?#wwg1wga
