So I have desired but failed at this for years. It has been something that I wanted to attempt and yesterday I woke up and completed a 22 hour fast no issues. Today again it was like it was a miracle. Prayer and timing are such a blessing! Headaches have been persistent but other wise I am confident this will be something I will achieve by the grace of God.
