I am 23 hrs in and strangely haven't been hungry once. I forgot to check my weight at the start though, lol.

I add 4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice mixed with 1 tsp of Bob's Red Mill Baking Soda to 16 oz of water/day. Then just 5 or 6 20 oz bottles of water. So far so good. Feel great.
