One has to wonder what the Brandon admins cover story for direct US military action without Congress discussion is going to be.
Will this be a 'police action' not military action?
a 'conflict' no a war?
How will they explain this to Putin as not escalating a rush to actual confruntation with the bear?
Even if Putin knows this military force is acting against the alliance of evil - he still has to explain it to HIS people... he cannot be seen to ignore, or blow off direct US military action there.
