now we are 18 hours? i stopped eating at the same time coincidentally i just realized now 😎🤣 i fast everyday unless i am invited for breakfast or lunch somewhere

yea i usually take it hour by hour and once you hit 18 hours the health benefits are great so thats a success in my books, anything beyond 18h in my opinion😀❤ good job and keep it up love ❤🥰⚘
