Broward County is so corrupt.
It is not a civil rights claim case at all.
No way would I let a million = loss of a child, especially when the sicko that killed the children is not getting the death penalty.
Corruption runs so deep between BSO, BOE, and other officials. They downplayed and covered up violent crimes of teens in order to keep tourism up.
