And how often is this ? Daily ,weekly, monthly and then just to preventative amount at same cycle?
That sounds a lot but it depends on your weight . are you 300-325 lbs?
if not, I would take a pinky nail amount every day till clear then twice a week .
That is what hubby and I do .
