Today is day 3 for me. Slept like a baby, not feeling hunger pains. Drinking coffee, hot tea and water. So far, so good.

My last meal was a small portion of zoodles and veggies at 7:30pm Wednesday evening.
I did feel a wee bit nauseated earlier and had an upset stomach. Maybe this my body cleaning out toxins or something. I do put a little honey in my coffee or tea; that’s probably cheating, but gotta have it. LOL!
