So Nana could do it all but the coffee.
We eat dinner here early most days and dont eat again til 11:00am to 1 or 2:00 pm most days already.
Seriously if I dont have a least a half cup of coffee as soon as I wake up it makes me kinda sick. Nope it doesnt have to be coffee, just have to have something hot on my throat first thing.
Idk if it is the allergies or what but cant functions without it.

there are a few little tricks you can use. just can't have any calories
simply if it is zero calories you can have it during the fast :)
black coffee works amazing
so does sparkling water but not so healthy if you do research
Black Coffee has the most flavor in my opinion. when you have great coffee theres no need for sugar or milk. my hubby is a barista/manager for a local coffee shop here in Tx. Once you go black you never go back

Thanks after our event is over this week Nana will try it for longer, I do 12 to 18 hours most days already.
