had an operation on feet since then cant loose weight but learned to live with ithe extra pounds etc but have really bad chest infection at the moment and cant stop fing smoking use to smoke ttwenty a day now 34 a day i have tried everything my nam died of copd my mam is bad with copd im the early stages but i enjoy cigs to much they relax me my mum maintains she got help from above to quit smoking im at the stage i dont think anything will stop me smoking
