Yes, she should move. She can sleep, grow and develop on a dog bed and you can relax on your couch. It’s cute now, but when she is grown and you have established bad habits with her, she’s not the one who is going to do the accommodating lol. I also have a doberman, they are spoiled and stubborn, think of being Alpha as the “parent” who sets the boundries.

I have 2 pugs that are almost 14 yrs old. I have always let them hog the bed or couch.
My mom has a Doberman that sleeps with her but when my Dad passed 5 yrs ago, it was like he instictly was becoming the man of the house. He wasn't turning mean, he was just getting unruly. He was about 3 yrs old then and I had to help her tame him down. I had to physically get him down by the collar and look directly into his eyes while talking to him. I never yelled, just talked. took about 3 different times. The last time he had a tear roll out of his eyes and thats when he began to settle back down.
Just like a child, give them what they need/want but they need to know who's in charge. I do it with love and compassion. They know and sense it.
