yes he has. he's been in many lawsuits fighting this. He's gone quiet since he lost his last lawsuit. I hate that he isnt out there right now but maybe he's waiting for Big Pharma to fall. he WAS doing titrers for a good price but has since stopped doing that too. maybe part of the lawsuit. He's been fighting the rabies dosage for quiet awhile and recommends Titers. I titer my dogs....
