Yes. We've known music can be weaponized for a very long time. Frequencies are very powerful for healing but also for severe damage mentally and physically. You are likely referring to the Hz which music is produced and broadcast today, but there are plenty of old school examples in live music like when Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring set off massive rioting and fighting in the previously calm live audience very shortly after the music began at the premiere in 1913.
