-Planetary soul matrices evolve with time and cycles of incarnation. This couldn’t work in the case of our project. We didn’t have that much time, waiting for evolution to work its natural ways. So we needed to also upgrade the etheric plane of Ki, that you name Terra, to allow higher souls to enter these cycles.
-You mean... all souls that were embedded into these hybrid bodies, came from somewhere else?
-At first. It was necessary. But it didn’t concern all souls on Ki; only the group we were working on. The rest of the planet followed its own natural evolution.

There is part of the physical human brain that is a relic of the period of our evolution when we were reptilian.
There are those, for whome this portion of the brain is not a relic... not dormant.
The stories of the Annunaki, mixing their DNA with some of the inhabitants of Earth, gives one pause to wonder what the original un doctored inhabitants would have evolved into... what would they look like, now, how would they behave?
