When I looked into it 10ish years ago, it was nothing but red tape.
Look into it today. It still is. In the Carolinas, you have to apply for a permit, be an existing farmer and are allowed only so many acres if approved. Only so many permits are given out. Unbelievable in the U.S. of A.
We must vote everyone out and start fresh with public servants who will get Hemp growing made freely legal again
