I had heart arrhythmia since I can remember. It stopped approx a year ago and I've had grounding sheet for 1-1/2 to 2 years.

Yes, of course. It came from earthing.com. I actually thought I ordered a sheet, but it turns out I ordered the "ground therapy throw kit" because they were out of the sheets at the time. I had to turn one corner of the throw in the center of my bed to get maximum coverage under me. You sleep directly on it.

Because I am using my throw upstairs, I also purchased from them a 40' extension cord and the grounding rod in case my outlet was not grounded. They sent a ground tester with my order and it turned out my outlet upstairs was grounded.
When I have the money, I will purchase the sheets. I can't tell you if the sheets will work as well as the throw, but since my throw gave me great results, I trust the sheets will too.
