You think PayPal fined itself?
I read quite a few posts while ago about how people were deleting their bank & card info if they couldn't cancel or close their account right then
Several were also asking the question - would Paypal fine itself for, well, misinforming people? 😏
They're putting themselves out of business - that's even better in my book
