No nuke WAR but it was not lost on Nana the extent to which Juan O Savin went into great detain to explain that a first strike in our war manual of sorts did not automatically call for retaliation and all out nuke war. First there is an effort to make sure that the first strike was ACTUALLY what it appeared to be and not someone screwing around and accidentally doing something that looked that way.

Point being, he did not have to go into detail about that. He could have just said Blitherin Idiot Joe doesn't have the last say on pushing the button on the football.
