Now THAT is good sauce...not as exciting, not as expected...but tangible, real and probable. While I personally have no faith in SCOTUS, this is a much more plausible avenue. Maybe something changed with the judges. Perhaps they have been freed from blackmail or threat of harm. Who knows?
