I imagine at this point, most of the bad guys have been rolled up. Those who cut a deal, played their part to help transition the new economy-or participate in the awakening ops. Were then forced to resign, likely to walk away from all of this with nothing $0.00 (i.e, the end won't be for everyone), maybe do some time, who knows. Like VK said, it's a big club, all will do what's asked of them.

The formula seems to be the same in all these little awakening ops....take you up the edge, then back off and retract, i.e., teach people how to fight for themselves, show them the avenues to use to fight, teach them to have red lines again so that this crap doesn't happen again. Just speculating, based purely on observation.
