Start from scatch by trusting nobody.
Then, closely, judge people not only for what they say, but also how they package it. People like Tucker speak in a way that suggests an opinion on the matter he talks about. His language implicitly tells you who is the good guy and who is the bad guy.
He drops some information, tells you "do your own research, form your own opinion." while also, through his language, telling you what that opinion should be if you want to be one of the "good guys."
Distrust anyone who does that. Any person, any headline, any TG channel. You'll be surprised.
