Ah the fog of war... you are meant to lose hope - that is what is desired of you from the darkness. It is hard to shake sometimes, really extra stinking hard some days. The only cure I know is to claim your stake in something/anything. Claim your air with a song. Claim your space with dancing or making a muscle, even the silliest of things. Claim your soul with prayer and/or show gratitude. Claim your mind with friends here on AU. So many of us are going through big waves of this, catching others when they sink a bit low.

If you have a pet to hold, a flower to admire, a hot bath to surround you, a special treat, or anything to break the rut - fake it till you make it and do show some love to yourself until you regain the okay parts. Until then, I love you and I believe in you. We are winning or the devil would not be sending us doubts and concerns. I am sending you an angel to watch over the bumpy parts. 💞💞💞
